2012 Presidential Debate Materials Produced on Mohawk

Those of you who watched last night’s Presidential debate might not have seen some things that attendees got to see. From press releases, guidebooks and campus maps, to programs, car decals, window signs, and commemorative posters, all event materials that debate-goers saw and held were produced on Mohawk papers and Specialty Digital Substrates.

In support of the third and final presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Republican challenger, Mitt Romney, Mohawk partnered with Océ and Lynn University to provide the printed materials for the event. The debate was held at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida.

Océ, a Silver Sponsor of the debate, asked Mohawk to partner in this historic occasion because of Mohawk’s high-quality products, and specifically Mohawk’s new Specialty Digital Substrates. The ability for Mohawk to provide a wide range of synthetic materials and premium papers for the production of all event materials was a key factor in the coordination of this multifaceted project.

YNN Television visited Mohawk yesterday to get a sneak peek at some of the debate materials and talk to Joe Schember.
