Mohawk Show 11 Finalist Look/Read is a set of promotional books designed to offer potential investors a two-level introduction to Korman Communities. When husband and wife team Jon and Prilla Rohrer, Co-Founders of Philadelphia’s Flux Labs, designed the books, their aim was to appeal to the brain both visually and analytically.
“The books are 5.5 x 8.5, to fit side-by-side in a box with a traditional 8.5 x 11 flip book and Private Offering Memorandum, or stacked alone in a smaller box designed for this purpose,” said Jon Rohrer. The Rohrers asked printers BentleyRowland to print Look/Read on Mohawk Superfine. “We chose Mohawk Superfine with an eggshell finish for its tactility and holdout with 4 color UV inks. French-fold pages were employed for additional heft and to underscore a filmic continuity of imagery from spread to spread in the look book,” Rohrer said.
